Please check the inbox of the email address you provided in the Cadet Exam Registration online form. If you do not receive an immediate acknowledgment message at that email address, containing all the information you had entered into the online form, you may have entered an incorrect email address, or there may be a different problem with your form submission. If you receive the email message, but notice that some of your information is missing or incorrect, please submit the online form again.
If you do not receive an acknowledgment email message after the first attempt of submitting the form, please make a second attempt to fill in and submit the Cadet Exam Registration online form. If you continue to have problems, please send an email message to SPDHR@springfieldpolice.net. In the body of the email message, please include your full name, address, cellphone number, home telephone number, email address, date of birth, and a statement that you meet the age eligibility requirement.
For all candidates: even if you do receive an immediate email message containing all the information you had entered into the online form, you should also expect to receive another message from SPDHR@SpringfieldPolice.net within three days. If you do not receive that message, please send an email message of inquiry to SPDHR@springfieldpolice.net. Please include your telephone number in the message.
