Faith and Blue Food Drive
Springfield, Mass. — The Springfield Police Department is taking part in Faith and Blue weekend this upcoming weekend. As part of the weekend we are partnering with faith based organizations on non-perishable food drives which after collecting will be distributed throughout our community to those in need.
The first food drive will take place at Mary, Mother of Hope at 840 Page Blvd. on Friday October 7th from 12pm – 3pm.
The Springfield Jewish Community Center will be holding a food drive Friday through Sunday.
On Sunday October 9th we will hold a food drive at Sacred Heart Church (387 Chestnut St.) from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
From 9am-12:00pm at Our Lady of Mount Carmel (123 William Street)
Also at New Hope Pentecostal Church from 10:30am – 12pm at 364 Central Street.
