Final Learn to Skate Session Cancelled due to Cyr Arena Closing this Weekend
Springfield, Mass. — The Department of Parks, Buildings and Recreational Management (PBRM) announced today that public skating at the Cyr Arena will be canceled this weekend (Friday, January 7 through Sunday, January 9, 2022), out of an abundance of caution, due to the recent surge in COVID-19 cases.
This unfortunately means that we will not be able to hold our final learn to skate program of the season. Thank you for everyone who came out and enjoyed the 25th anniversary of the Stephen O’Brien Memorial Learn to Skate Program.
