Retired Springfield Teacher Presents Commissioner Clapprood with a Homemade Wood Carved Pen

Springfield, Mass. — Springfield Police Commissioner Cheryl Clapprood thanks retired Putnam teacher Richard Muise for the gift of a personalized wood carved pen he presented to the Commissioner Wednesday morning.  The gorgeous blue pen made out of maple wood was crafted by Muise himself.
