SPD Congratulates Officers Hufnagel & Goggin on their Retirements

Springfield, Mass. — The Springfield Police Department congratulates Officers Troy Hufnagel & Michael Goggin on their retirements this week.  Officer Hufnagel served the city of Springfield for 27 years beginning in 1994.  Officer Goggin served the city of Springfield for 25 years beginning in 1996.  We wish you both a happy and healthy retirement.
