Parking Tickets

City parking tickets may be paid by cash, check, or credit card at the City Collector’s Office, Room 112, Springfield City Hall, 36 Court Street.

The Collector’s Office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 8:30am to 4pm, and Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, except holidays.

Parking Ticket inquiries and appeals should be directed to Executive Parking or the Springfield Parking Authority (SPA), Monday thru Friday, except holidays. Business hours are 8am to 5pm for Executive Parking and 8am to 4pm for the Springfield Parking Authority.
