Grants

Grants are a critical part of any police department. Each year law enforcement agencies are awarded grants for many basic operating costs, new technology, special projects, terrorism support, and other critical operations. The Grants office manages the responsibilities for the SPD to obtain various grants from the Federal, State, and Local government agencies as well as private foundations and organizations.
