SPD Congratulates Officer Martin Germain on his Retirement
Springfield, Mass. — The Springfield Police Department would like to congratulate Officer Martin Germain on his retirement.
Officer Germain proudly served the city of Springfield for more than 42 years, first as a Cadet (October 1980) before becoming a patrol officer in October 1983.
He retired with Badge #2, the second longest serving patrol officer in the department.
We wish Marty good health and happiness in his retirement!
